Abstract:

Nowadays, with its increasing importance the social state approach predicts the regulation of social and economic life in order to ensure the social peace and social justice. It pursuits to provide anyone a life, that is worthy of human dignity at minimum level. More welfare state applications are needed when the inequalities in income distribution increases in the community. In this case by helping the poor and needy people in the community through social and economic policies, they will be provided a standard of living worthy of human dignity. he welfare state at the local level will appear in most social municipal applications. It provides people living in local government to have a better life to their standard by presenting social quality goods and services through social municipality. Inequalities in income distribution in the country are trying to be resolved by making contribution to people’s budget. In this study, social economic policies that relect the social state in the local level will be discussed. Accordingly social municipality, especially social services and social assistance in private will be evaluated.
