This research focuses on prospective teachers' assessment of themselves, mentors and faculty lecturers in terms of teacher competencies. As measurement instrument, Teaching Practice Assessment Form of YÖK was used. Adaptation of scale and factor analysis were done by the researchers. The scale consisted of 33 items, 3 sub-groups which are teaching competencies of themselves, prospective teachers and mentors. The universe of the research is composed of 172 prospective teachers attending MA without thesis in the field of Secondary School Social and Science - Math. Education. Prospective teachers assess themselves, their friends, mentors and faculty lecturers as competent. Prospective teachers are of the view that they, their friends and mentors are more competent for one item, 8 items and 18 items respectively. Female prospective teachers perceive themselves more competent than male teachers do.
