Toplumda eleştirel düşünebilen, sorun çözebilen, sağlıklı kararlar verebilen, yaratıcı fikirler ortaya koyabilen bireylerin önemi bilinen bir gerçektir. Düşünme becerileri süreçleri incelendiğinde hepsinin ortak yanının bir fikrin ortaya çıkması, yaratılması, yeni bir bakış açısı ile bir şeyin keşfedilmesi ile ilgili bir durumun oluşması dikkati çekmektedir. Özellikle problem çözme ve karar verme becerisinde sorunu çözecek ve en uygun kararı verecek seçeneği bulmak yaratıcı düşünme becerisinin işlevselliğine bağlıdır. Bilim, sanat, eğitim, sağlık vb alanlarda yapılan öncü çalışmaların, icatların, fikirlerin, kısacası tüm topluma hizmet çalışmalarının temelinde yaratıcı düşünme becerisi önemli rol oynamaktadır. Temel eğitim, öğrencileri bir üst eğitim kurumuna hazırlamanın yanında, onları hayata hazırlama ve onlara yaşam becerileri kazandırma sorumluluğunu da üstlenmektedir. Temel eğitimde uygulanan yöntem tekniklerin yaratıcı düşünmeyi geliştirmeye yönelik olması, sınıfın fiziki ve duygusal ortamını da yaratıcı düşünmeyi destekleyecek şekilde düzenlemesi bu becerinin kazandırılmasında etkili olacaktır. Bu çalışmada yaratıcı düşünmenin önemi, aşamaları ve yaratıcı düşünme becerisini kazandırmaya yönelik açıklamalara ve tartışmaya yer verilmektedir.
The importance of individuals who are able to think critically in society, who are able to solve problems, who are able to make healthy decisions, who are able to present creative ideas is a well-known fact. When the processes of thinking are studied, the common side of all of them takes into account the emergence of an idea, the creation of a new perspective and the formation of a situation related to the discovery of something. Specifically in the problem-solving and decision-making ability to find the option to solve the problem and make a suitable decision depends on the functionality of the creative thinking ability. Creative thinking skills play an important role on the basis of the research, inventions, ideas, in the fields of science, art, education, health, etc. The creative thinking skills play an important role on the basis of the work that serves the whole society. Basic education, in addition to preparing students for a higher education institution, is also responsible for preparing them for life and giving them life skills. The method applied in basic education is that the techniques are aimed at developing creative thinking, and the classroom’s physical and emotional environment will also be organized in a way that supports creative thinking will be effective in acquiring this skill. This study involves explanations and discussions about the importance, stages and the ability to gain creative thinking.
In society, the importance of individuals who can critical think solve problems, make healthy decisions and produce creative ideas is a known fact. When the thinking skills processes are examined, it is noteworthy that a situation related to the emergence of an idea, its creation, and the discovery of something from a new perspective is common to all of them. Especially in problem solving and decision making skills, finding the option that will solve the problem and make the most appropriate decision depends on the functionality of creative thinking skill. Creative thinking skills play an important role on the basis of pioneering studies, inventions, ideas, in short, service to the whole society in the fields of science, art, education, health etc. In addition to preparing students for higher education, basic education also takes responsibility for preparing them for life and providing them with life skills. The fact that the methods applied in basic education are directed towards improving creative thinking and arranging the physical and emotional environment of the classroom to support creative thinking will be effective in gaining this skill. In this study, explanations and discussion about the importance of creative thinking, stages and creative thinking skills are given.
