Abstract:

The aim of this research is to identify the factors that affect the levels of exhaust of managers of the disabled care centers affiliated with the Ministry of Family, Work and Social Services, the major health problems that affect managers due to stress and the thoughts of managers towards improving the quality of the service offered. The prepared conversation form and the Maslach Extinction Scale (MTÖ) have been applied to 104 managers who work at the Disabled Care and Rehabilitation Center in Turkey. Managers were found to get 2.94 points from emotional exhaustion, which is the three subdimensions of the MTÖ: 1.47; sensitivity: 956 and personal success deficiency: and they have a "low exhaustion" level. Age, educational status, job satisfaction, exhaust life, and the emotional extinction of the circumstances of dedicating enough time to the family; the extinction of the circumstances of dedicating enough time to the family; the extinction of the circumstances of education and dedicating enough time to the family; the extinction of personal success and the extinction of the circumstances of dedicating enough time to the family; the extinction of the circumstances of dedicating enough time to the family; the extinction of the circumstances of dedicating enough time to the family; the extinction of the circumstances of dedicating enough time to the family; the extinction of the circumstances of dedicating enough time to the family; the extinction of the circumstances of dedicating enough time to the family.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to determine the important health problems affecting the managers depending on the stress and the factors affecting the burnout levels of the managers of the disability care centers affiliated to the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services. An interview form and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) was employed to the 104 managers. Managers have received a score of 1.47 from emotional exhaustion; 0.956 from depersonalization and 2.94 from lack of personal success, and have a low burnout level. For emotional exhaustion age, job satisfaction, educational and burnout status; for depersonalization, spending enough time with family; and for personal achievement, educational status and spending enough time with family were found to be statistically significant factors (p <0.05).
