So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

İş ve aile, bireylerin yaşamlarının büyük bir bölümünü oluşturmaktadır. Kişilerin iş ve aile hayatlarında üstlendiği roller, talep ve ihtiyaçların aynı anda ortaya çıkmasından dolayı uyumsuz olmakta ve genellikle roller arasında çatışma yaşanmaktadır. Araştırmada çalışanların iş ve aile rolleri arasında yaşadıkları çatışmaların, örgütsel bağlılık ve işten ayrılma niyeti üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, iş - aile çatışması ile işten ayrılma niyeti arasında pozitif yönde ilişki varken, iş - aile çatışması ile örgütsel bağlılık arasında negatif bir ilişki olmadığı görülmüştür
