So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Örgütsel bağlılık, çalışanın, işyerine karşı gösterdiği sadakati ve bunun karşılığında duygusal bir bağlılığı ifade etmektedir. İş etiği, iş yaşamındaki davranış ve hareketleri yönlendiren, onlara yol gösteren etik davranışların ve standartların tamamıdır. Örgütsel bağlılık ile iş etiği arasındaki ilişkinin sağlık sektörü çalışanları tarafından değerlendirilmesi araştırmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Bu araştırma betimsel yöntem ve ilişkisel tarama modeline göre modellenmiştir. Araştırmada, veri tekniği olarak anket tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini İstanbul’da hizmet vermekte olan bir vakıf üniversitesinin hastane çalışanları oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma sonuçları incelendiğinde, örgütsel bağlılık ile iş etiği arasında düşük düzeyli ve pozitif (r=0,112) anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür.

Organizational commitment refers to an employee’s loyalty to the workplace and an emotional commitment to it. Business ethics are all the ethical behaviors and standards that guide business behavior and movements. The aim of the study is to evaluate the relationship between organizational commitment and business ethics by health sector employees. The study was modeled according to the depictive and relative screening method and survey technique. The results of the research showed that there is a low level and positive (r = 0.112) relationship between organizational commitment and business ethics.
