Abstract:

Araştırmanın amacı ekmek fırını çalışanlarının işyaşam dengeleri, iş tatminleri ve işten ayrılma niyetlerini incelemektir. Bu amaçla Mart-Haziran 2017 tarihleri arasında Mersin il merkezinde faaliyet gösteren ekmek fırını çalışanlarına anket uygulanmıştır. Kullanılabilir 370 anket üzerinden frekans analizi ve betimsel analiz yapılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda ekmek fırını çalışanlarının iş yaşamlarının özel yaşamlarını etkilediği, ancak buna rağmen çalışanların işlerinden tatmin oldukları ve ayrılmayı düşünmedikleri sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract:

The aim of the research is to examine the work-life balance, job satisfaction and intention to leave the job of bakery employees. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to the employees of the bakery in Mersin province between March-June 2017. Frequency analysis and descriptive analysis were performed on 370 available surveys. As a result of the analysis, it has been found that the bakery employees’ private lives affect their business life, but even so the employees are satisfied with their work and do not consider leaving.
