Bu çalışmada, “İmam Hatip Ortaokulu (İHO) Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi (DKAB) Öğretmenlerinin Özel Alan Yeterlikleri” anketi ile öğretmenlerin “önem” ve “yeterlik” algı düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı (MEB)’in belirlediği “Özel Alan Yeterlikleri” 20 farklı üniversiteden 48 uzmanla 2 DKAB öğretmeninin görüşleri doğrultusunda, 5’li likert tipi anket formuna dönüştürülmüştür. Çalışmada nicel araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan “İHO DKAB Öğretmenlerinin Özel Alan Yeterlikleri Anketi” 2015 yılında öğretmenlerin seminer dönemlerinde uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler istatistiksel yöntemlerle analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Kütahya, Uşak, Balıkesir, Eskişehir, Manisa ve Afyonkarahisar illerindeki 78 İHO’da çalışan 355 DKAB öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin analizinde maddelere katılım düzeyiyle ilgili olarak ağırlıklandırılmış ortalama değerleri tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda, Öğretmenlerin, özel alan yeterlik maddelerini yüksek düzeyde önemli gördükleri ve yeterlik maddelerine göre kendilerini yeterli hissettikleri tespit edilmiştir.
In this research it was aimed to determine special field competencies of teachers of religious culture and ethics course who work at Imam-Hatip secondary schools and fix teachers' importance and proficiency levels according to the determined competencies. In the research, the "Special Field Competences" determined by the Ministry of National Education were converted into a 5-point likert type questionnaire in accordance with the opinions of 48 experts from 20 different universities and 2 experienced teachers of religion and morals. Quantitative research method was used in the research. Prepared by the researcher, in accordance with the opinions of the experts, "The Questionnaire of Special Field Competences of Religion and Morals teachers at Imam-hatip secondary schools" was applied in the occupational work periods of teachers in 2015. The obtained data were analyzed with statistical methods. The sample of the study consists of 355 teachers working in 78 Imam-Hatip Secondary school in Kütahya, Uşak, Fiskesir, Eskişehir, Manisa and Afyonkarahisar provinces. In the analysis of the data, the weighted average values related to the level of participation in the questionnaire items were determined. As a result of the research, it was determined that the teachers see the Field-special competency components as important at a high level and that they felt competent in terms of these competency components.
