The aim of the study is to analyse the impact of "Systems in Our Body" unit taught by the concept maps on the achievement, logical thinking skills of the students and their attitudes towards science, and to examine the relationship between these three dependent variables. A single-group pre-test post-test experimental research method was used in the study. The research was carried out with 32 students in the seventh grade of the secondary school. The unit was taught by having students prepare concept maps. "Achievement Test", "Logical Thinking Test" and "Science Attitude Scale" were used as a pre-test and post-test for data collection. As a conclusion, it has been found that achievement, logical thinking and science attitude scores of the students are statistically significant for the favor of post-test. It has been concluded that concept maps have positive effects on students' achievements, logical thinking skills and attitudes towards science. Furthermore, it was noted that the positive and medium level relation between the students' achievements and their logical thinking skills and their achievements and their attitudes towards science was significant in the post-test.
