So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

 Klasik Yönetim anlayışından Mükemmellik Modeline uzanan yolculukta liderler çalışanlarına değer vererek ve onları kurumlarının önemli bir paydaşı olarak görerek kurumsal bağlılıklarını arttırmakta ve kurum kültürünün yaygınlaşmasını sağlamaktadır. Toplam Kalite Yönetimi (TKY) uygulamaları işletmelerde sürekli gelişimi ve iyileşmeyi hedef aldığından; küreselleşen dünyada kurumsal kimliği, kurumsal imajı, kurumsal itibarı ve kurum kültürünü çalışanlarının içselleşmiş desteği ile oluşturmak ve geliştirmek isteyen yöneticiler tarafından öncelikli olarak tercih edilen yöntemlerdendir. İnsana ve iletişime değer veren modern yöneticiler tarafından EFQM Mükemmellik Modeline ait dokuz kriter başlığı altında yapılan kurumsal iletişim çalışmaları sonucunda; kurumsal bağlılığın arttığı, kurum kültürünün tüm çalışanlarda daha hızlı yayıldığı, çalışanların kendisini kurumun önemli bir paydaşı olarak gördüğü, kurumun imaj ve itibarının yükselmesi için daha çok gönüllü olarak çalıştıkları ve kurumun kalite başarı puanının yükseldiği tespit edilmiştir.

In the journey from classical management understanding to the excellence model, leaders are raising their employees’ corporate commitment and providing a spread in corporate culture by enhancing their employees and seeing them as an important stakeholder of their corporation. Because of the fact that implementations of Total Quality Management (TQM) setting sight on continuous development and improvement, in the globalizing world these are primarily preferred methods by managers who want to create and improve corporate identity, corporate image, corporate reputation and corporate culture via employees' internalized support. As a result of studies carried under the title of European Foundation for Quality Management Excellence Model by managers that enhance people and communication; raising institutional commitment, faster spread of corporation, their voluntary work to raise public opinion and dignity of the corporation and corporation's rise in quality success point were observed.
