Abstract:

As globalization, communication and information technology develops, increased levels of knowledge and awareness in communities have greatly influenced and changed the individual, social and organizational life. It is a desirable situation for organizations that operate in a root change process to have a certain level of morality in the business processes, whether the workers need or the society needs. Regardless of the public or private sector, organizations aimed at being effective, efficient and sustainable should not undertake ethical and moral values while achieving these goals. In this context, the purpose of the research is to reveal the role of organizational justice perception on the intention of reporting ethical violations occurring in institutions. 330 academic staff participated in the study using the survey method in 2017. The research data was analyzed using normality test, reliability, correlation and regression analysis methods. The study found that the perception of organizational justice affects the intention of internal, formal and informal reporting in a meaningful and positive direction; however, the intention of anonymous reporting affects the intention in a meaningful and negative direction. The work in the educational sector is carrying out the first work quality and it is believed that the reporting of ethical violations will contribute to literature.
