Abstract:

This research aims whether there is a relationship between businesses of the companies value and the analysis of financial ratios of the company traded on BIST. If there is a relation, what kind of relation is it? By using these ratios, the effect on the firm value of the financial structure of the business, of whether active use of assets or not, of liquidity’s state, of profitability ratio were examined. The data of the 5 cement companies, which is traded on BIST as a company value, and whose fund is the largest between 2011-2015 years were discussed. In our study, the dependent variable is the total market value of the company. Liquidity, operational, and financial structure and profitability ratios were considered as independent variables. The relationship between variables was examined by using the panel data analysis method.
