So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

This study was carried out in order to detect thechanges on food consumption situations of individuals fasting in Ramadan within the borders of Gaziantep province. The study covers 70 males whose agesrange from 18 to 58 and 110 females, in total 180adults. A quastionnaire was applied through face- toface interview asking and including personel information, dietary habits during Ramadan, observed behavioral changes and mostly preferred food in breakfast. The result of the study reveal that 90.1 % of females and 95.4 % of males fast due to religious responsibility. The reasons why individiuals do not fast aredue to chronicle illnes (diabetic, hypertansion and heart related diseases) 44.3 %, the fact that they see nogood fasting 24.1 %, and lowering blood sugar asthey expressed. It was found out that 80.0 % of individuals consume soup, 74.4 % tea-coffee during Ramadan and 55.0 % consume meat- meals, 47.8 %desserts made of knead and 34.4 % milk-desserts inRamadan feast. It was also found out that 39.4 % ofindividuals experience tiredness during Ramadan and8.9 % individuals experience tiredness during Ramadan feast, and ıt was reported that during Ramadan,24.4 % of participants undergo forgetfulness, carelessnes and lack of energy and 6.7 % suffer from constipation.
