Ouml;ZET Karacaoğlan 17. yuuml;zyıl aşık edebiyatımızın en ouml;nemli temsilcilerinden birisidir. Karacaoğlan şiir geleneği iccedil;inde onun ait olduğu ccedil;evrenin, doğanın, gezip dolaştığı Anadolu coğrafyasının, doğup buuml;yuuml;duuml;ğuuml;, geliştiği toplum yapısının; insan ilişkilerinin; kısaca maddi manevi buuml;tuuml;n kuuml;ltuuml;rel nakışların yer aldığı gouml;ruuml;lebilir. Aşk, doğa, gurbet, sıla, yaşlılık, ayrılık, ouml;zlem, ouml;luuml;m gibi temaların yanında; guuml;zellik kavramı da Karacaoğlan şiir geleneği iccedil;inde ouml;nemli bir yer tutmuş ve ustaca işlenmiştir. Karacaoğlan, bu guuml;zellerin saccedil;, alın, yuuml;z, kaş, gouml;z, bağır, gouml;ğuuml;s, ağız, burun, dudak, dil, diş, kol, bilek, el, ve topuklarıyla ilgili tasvirler, benzetmeler yaparken; bu guuml;zelleri giydirip kuşandırmaya ve suuml;slemeye de buuml;yuuml;k ouml;zen gouml;stermiştir. Ccedil;alışmamızda, Saim Sakaoğlursquo;nun Karaca Oğlan adlı eserindeki şiirlerden yola ccedil;ıkılarak; Karacaoğlanrsquo;ın şiirlerinde giyim kuşam ile ilgili ouml;zellikler, kavramlar ortaya koyulacak, devrin maddi kuuml;ltuuml;r unsurları tespit edilmeye ccedil;alışılacaktır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Karacaoğlan, Halk Şiiri, İmge, Giyim, Kuşam. ABSTRACT Karacaoğlan is one of the important representatives of 17 th century Minstrel Literature. His poetry tradition comprises all material and spiritual cultural motives in brief, like the environment and nature in which he grew up, the geography of Anatolia where he wandered around, the characteristics of the society he was grown up and improved himself and the human relations in his society. In addition to the themes of love, nature, homesick, reunion, seperation, longing and death, the concept of ldquo;beautyrdquo; takes place and was skillfully handled in his poetry tradition. He, highly, attached importance to dressing up and adorning these beautiful women as well as the descriptions and metaphors about their hair, faces, eyes, bosoms, breasts, months, noses, lips, tongues, teeth, arms, wrists, hands and heels. Starting out with the poems in the book called Karaca Oğlan by Saim Sakaoğlu, we will point out the characteristics and concepts of dressing up in his poems and confirm the material factors of the culture in that period.
