Bu çalışma Karl Marx’ın ‘insanların hareket halindeki mülkiyeti’ olarak tanımladığı özel mülkiyete dair düşüncelerini mülksüzleştirme söyleminden hareketle tartışabilmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Marx için mülkiyet ve özel mülkiyet emek aracılığıyla birbirlerini içeren, ancak yabancılaşmış emek dolayısıyla birbirini dışlayan modern toplumun önemli iki olgusudur. İlk bakışta bireylerin doğada verili olan her şeyi bireysel emek ya da irade aracılığıyla mülkiyeti kılabilmeleri olağan ve özgürce bir eylem biçiminde görünürken, kapitalist üretim tarzı ile birlikte emeğin yabancılaşması, emeği kendi için etkinlik olmaktan çıkararak bir başkasının özel mülkiyetine dönüştürmektedir. Bu nedenle Marx için özel mülkiyet yalnızca bir meta ya da fiziksel nesnelerin cismi görünüşleri olarak düşünülmez, emeğin kendisi de özel mülkiyetin bir başka biçimidir. Bu sebepledir ki, özel mülkiyet aynı zamanda ‘mülksüzleştirenlerin mülksüzleştirilmesi’ biçimindeki diyalektik yasadan hareketle idealize ettiği yeni toplum biçiminde kaldırılarak- içerilmesi (Aufhebung) gereken bir aşamayı temsil etmektedir.
This study aims to be able to argue with motion by saying that Karl Marx describes his ideas about private property as “the property of people in motion”. For Marx, property and private property are two important facts of the modern society, which interconnect each other through labor, but exclude each other through strangled labor. At first glance, it appears that individuals are able to possess everything that is given in nature through individual labour or will in a normal and freely form of action, while with the capitalist way of production, the outsourcing of labour turns labour from its own activity into the private property of another person. Therefore, for Marx, private property is not only regarded as a matter or the body appearances of physical objects, but the labour itself is another form of private property. That’s why private property is also idealized by the new social form by the dialectic law in the form of ‘deproperty’ Removed - Included by Aufhebung) It represents a necessary stage.
This study aims to discuss Karl Marx's ideas on private property, which he defines as “man's active property”, based on the discourse of dispossession. For Marx, property and private property are two crucial phenomena of modern society, which include themselves through labor but exclude each other through alienated labor. At first glance, it appears as a usual and free action that individuals can make anything in nature their property by labor or individual will. But in capitalist societies, the alienation of labor diverts labor from an activity for oneself and turns it into someone else's private property. In this context, private property should not be seen only as a commodity or a physical object, but labor itself is a form of private property. And that way, for Marx, private property is considered a stage that must be sublated (Aufhebung) in the new society that he idealizes, based on the dialectical law of “dispossession of the possessed”.
