Abstract:

The purpose that study is to collect information about DOE in healthcare and try to apply the philosophy of DOE in that field. For that aim three theoretical case studies are explained. Then, four real life case studies carried out at Batman city and Istanbul in 2013-2014 are prepared by using Design Expert Program by providing all mathematical models visually. In these case studies, the most and the least effective factors are tried to be found. The effects of noise factors are tried to be minimized to decrease the variability and increase model parameters. The degree of cancer is seen as the most effective factor of model. Doze and the weight of patient interaction is the most effective factor on the quality of film. The main goal is reached by using gaviscon and protech medicines to get optimal result. All results are summarised at the end of the article and It is found that DOE can be widely used in healthcare. Key Words: Design of Experiment, Healthcare, Radiology, Cancer, Stomach Ulcer.
