Abstract:

After the end of the romantic relationships, many murder cases are faced. The aim of the study is to study the factors and processes that lead to violence after the separation, based on research on the relationship between separation and violence. The Web of Science scans the words “violence” and “seperation”, examines the judicial files, discusses the staff in the judicial clinic and the individuals who could survive after the violence attempt. Depression, revenge, or the desire to control the partner are the factors that lead to the death of divisions. Childhood negative experiences, uncertainty connections, group B personality characteristics increase the likelihood of dealing with the fear of separation and the possibility of applying to violent ways that can go to murder. According to the theory of the dynamics of family murders, created by the movement of risk factors, the murder is carried out through six psychosocial stages, including symposium, separation, denial of loss, effort, realization and fatal solution. The information obtained about this process and the risk factors is very important for those who are involved in the judicial process in order to be able to take measures before the murder.
