Abstract:

This study aims to reveal the levels and views of pre-school teachers who work in pre-school education institutions of health and safety at work. For this purpose, visual research methods have been used in research. The research has taken advantage of the karma method in which quantitative and qualitative data collection tools are used together. The quantum size of the research is scanning model, and the quality size is carried out by the phenomology (event science) design. The universe of the research consists of 110 pre-school teachers who work in the kindergartens located in the Ankara district in the educational year 2020-2021. In the quality size of the study, 16 pre-school teachers who work in the Chankaya district were selected by a similar sample method. The performance scale of ISG, which was developed by Born (2019) in the Nicel section has been used. The data were obtained by applying the work health and safety (ISG) performance scale to 110 pre-school teachers who work in the primary schools. The data collected was analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 statistical package program tool. The data collection processes are carried out through audio recording and conversation. The data obtained in the interviews have been transcripted. In the analysis of quality data, the content analysis technique is used. The study found that pre-school teachers’ ISG perception levels were high. The administrative measures and measures are indicated that the necessary measures are taken in the low dimension, and in the nature the training should be done in a practical manner. Under-dimensional employees in relation to work on health and safety at work, when they face a threat in the school, have been notified to the school management, the necessary measures have been taken and the measures have been followed.
