SAĞLIK BAKANLIĞININ INSTAGRAM PAYLAŞIMLARI ÜZERİNDEN GÖSTERGEBİLİMSEL BİR İNCELEME #HAYATEVESIĞAR

Abstract:

Yeni iletişim teknolojileri arasında en çok kullanılan ve sürekli gelişen yapısıyla sosyal medya, insanların hayatında önemli bir yere sahip olmaya başlamıştır. Sosyal medya insanların duygu, düşünce, fikir, fotoğraf, video gibi içerikleri paylaşabildiği katılımcı bir yapıya sahiptir. Sosyal medyanın katılımcı yapısı birçok insanın aynı platformda olmasını sağlarken salgın, afet, felaket, deprem, kriz gibi olaylarla ilgili enformasyonun hızlı bir şekilde yayılmasını sağlamaktadır. İnsanlar bu olaylarla ilgili hashtaglar oluşturarak sosyal medya üzerinden haberleşmekte ve daha çok kitleye ulaşabilmektedirler. Özellikle Twitter, Facebook, Instagram gibi sosyal medya platformları toplumu ilgilendiren önemli konularda gerek insanlar gerekse de siyasi kurumlar (politikacılar, STK’lar, siyasi partiler, devlet kurumları gibi ) tarafından sosyal etkileşimi sağlamak için yoğun olarak kullanılmaktadır. Çin’in Wuhan kentinde ortaya çıkan ve birçok ülkeye yayılan Covid-19 salgınında da sosyal medya en fazla kullanılan araç olmuştur. Ülkemizde de Sağlık Bakanlığı sosyal medya hesapları üzerinden insanlara virüs hakkında bilgiler vermekte ve oluşturdukları hashtaglar ile bilgilerin daha çok kişiye ulaşması hedeflenmektedir. Bu çalışmada Sağlık Bakanlığı’nın “Hayat Eve Sığar” hashtagi ile Instagram’dan paylaştığı gönderiler göstergebilimsel çözümleme ile incelenerek bu gönderilerle verilmek istenilen mesajların ne olduğu ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda incelenen Sağlık Bakanlığı’nın #hayatevesığar etiketiyle Instagram’da paylaştığı gönderilerde genel olarak pandemi döneminde evde kalmanın önemine dikkat çekilerek pandemi öncesinde dışardaki hayatın evde de devam edeceğine yönelik mesajlar verilmiştir.

With its most used and constantly developing structure among the new communication Technologies, social media has begun to take an important place in human life. Social media has a participatory structure in which people can share emotions, thoughts, ideas, photos, videos. Whilw the participatory structure of social media ensures that many people are on the same platform, it provides a rapid spread of information related to events such as epidemic, disaster, earthquake and crisis. People create hashtags about these events and communicate via social media and reach more audiences. Especially social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram are used extensively by both people and political institutions (such as politicians, NGOs, political parties, government agencies) to provide social interaction on important issues that concern society. Social media has also been the most used tool in Covid-19 outbreak, which emerged in Wuhan, China and spread to many countries. In our country, the Ministry of Health gives people information about the virus through their social media accounts and it is aimed to reach more people with the hashtags they create. In this study, the post shared by the Ministry of Health with Instagram hashtag "Life Fits Home" have been analyzed by semiotic analysis and it has been tried to reveal what the messages are intended to be given with this posts. As a result of the study, attention was paid to the importance of staying at home during the pandemic period and messages were given about the life outside the pandemic will continue at home.
