Abstract:

During history, the Dersim Ottoman State, which has been refugeing to opposition groups, has emerged as a "case" since the last period of the Ottoman State. The aforementioned "problem" can be expressed as a disagreement with the central authority of the Red Bulls living in the region. In accordance with the desire of modernization of the central authority, the attempt to dominate the territories across the country has been desired to be left out by the feudal powers. Sometimes the government buildings in the accidents and district centers were overwhelmingly occupied, officials were expelled from the area and the districts and villages of the surrounding provinces were stolen. This robbery was also adopted as a resource of survival. The reaction of the government to this situation was to carry out a military action on the rebellion. Thus, dozens of military operations were conducted. It is quite difficult to categorize the same behaviors and attitudes of the lessons. In this regard, it is much more complicated to understand the subject than it seems. In this article, we have been trying to study the "Curriculum issue" that arises by the influence of many historical events.
