Bu araştırmada 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılında ortaokullarda okutulan 5. ve 6. sınıf Türkçe ders kitaplarındaki metinlerin kalıplaşmış söz varlığı unsurları (atasözleri, deyimler, ikilemeler, kalıp sözler) bakımından incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesi kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda 6. sınıf Türkçe ders kitabındaki metinlerin kalıplaşmış söz varlığı unsurları bakımından 5. sınıf Türkçe ders kitabındaki metinlere oranla daha zengin bir içeriğe sahip olduğu; 5. ve 6. sınıf Türkçe ders kitaplarındaki metinlerde en fazla deyimlerin ve ikilemelerin, en az kalıp sözlerin ve atasözlerinin kullanıldığı saptanmıştır. 5. sınıf Türkçe ders kitabındaki metinlerde en fazla kalıplaşmış söz varlığı unsuruna “Milli Mücadele ve Atatürk”, en az kalıplaşmış söz varlığı unsuruna “Sağlık ve Spor” temasının; 6. sınıf Türkçe ders kitabındaki metinlerde en fazla kalıplaşmış söz varlığı unsuruna “Milli Kültürümüz”, en az kalıplaşmış söz varlığı unsuruna “Bilim ve Teknoloji” temasının sahip olduğu; 5. ve 6. sınıf Türkçe ders kitaplarındaki metinlerde kalıplaşmış söz varlığı unsurlarının en fazla hikâye edici metin türlerinde, en az şiir türünde kullanıldığı tespit edilmiştir.
In this research, it is aimed to examine the texts in the 5th and 6th grade Turkish textbooks taught in secondary schools in the 2021-2022 academic year in terms of stereotyped vocabulary elements (proverbs, idioms, reduplications, formulaic words). The data of the research were obtained by using document analysis, one of the qualitative research methods. Descriptive analysis technique was used in the analysis of the obtained data. As a result of the research, it was found that the texts in the 6th grade Turkish textbook have a richer content in terms of stereotyped vocabulary elements compared to the texts in the 5th grade Turkish textbook; It was determined that idioms and reduplications were used the most, and formulaic words and proverbs were used the least in the texts in the 5th and 6th grade Turkish textbooks. In the texts of the 5th grade Turkish textbook, the most stereotypical vocabulary element is “National Struggle and Atatürk”, and the least stereotypical vocabulary element is “Health and Sports”; In the texts in the 6th grade Turkish textbook, "Our National Culture" has the most stereotyped vocabulary, and "Science and Technology" has the least stereotypical vocabulary; In the texts of the 5th and 6th grade Turkish textbooks, it has been determined that the stereotyped vocabulary elements are used mostly in narrative text types and least in poetry type.
