Abstract:

Kyrgyzstan-Turkish University of Manas is the aim of this study that studies the level of interpersonal communication competence in terms of different variables. The research was done using a relative scanning model from quantum research techniques. The sample of the study consisted of a total of 304 university bachelor students, including 198 girls and 106 men, from 4 faculties studying in the 2021-2022 academic period. The research data was obtained by the Personal Information Form (created by the Researchers), the Interpersonal Communication Competence Reserve (KIE). The research has found that the difference is not meaningful when interpersonal communication skills levels of university students are studied according to the variables of gender, family economic situation. The factory and class level that he learns, according to the variables, finds that the difference is meaningful. Another result found a statistically significant difference between the place where the participants stay and the place where they grow in the level of interpersonal communication skills. According to the scores taken from the scale, compared to the male and female students of the first class, the students of the Faculty of Sciences have a lower interpersonal communication capacity than the other students of the faculty. Similarly, the level of interpersonal communication skills was found to be lower than the level of interpersonal communication skills compared to other compared groups of residents with their families and urban students. The correlation analysis found that there was no meaningful relationship between the interpersonal communication ability and the age and class variables, and there was no meaningful relationship between the family economic situation variable and the age and class variables.
