Psikolojik danışman adaylarının affetme düzeylerini geliştirmeye yönelik hazırlanan grup psikoeğitim programının etkililiğini test etmek amacıyla yapılan bu araştırma, karma araştırma modeliyle yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada, yarı deneysel desenlerden “2x3’lük (deney/kontrol grupları- ön test/son test/izleme testi) desen” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya deney grubunda 10 ve kontrol grubunda 10 olmak üzere toplam 20 psikolojik danışman adayı katılmıştır. Araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanan affetmeyi geliştirmeye yönelik grup psikoeğitim programının etkililiğini belirleyebilmek amacıyla Tek Faktör Üzerinde Tekrarlı Ölçümler için İki Faktörlü Varyans Analizi ve Bonferroni testi yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, deney grubunun affetme düzeyi grup psikoeğitim programı sonrasında kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı düzeyde artmış ve programın bu etkisi programdan üç ay sonraya kadar korunmuştur. Deney grubundaki katılımcılarla yapılan görüşmelere göre, katılımcıların programdan kazanımları, programın katkıları ve programda etkili olan çalışmalara ilişkin görüşleri olumlu yönde olmuştur. Geliştirilen grup psikoeğitim programının psikolojik danışman adaylarının affetme konusundaki ihtiyaçlarını karşılar nitelikte olduğu görülmüştür.
This research, aimed at testing the effectiveness of the group psychoeducation program prepared to improve the levels of forgiveness of psychological consultants, was conducted with a mixed research model. The study used a "2x3" (test/controlling groups- pre-test/final test/following test) pattern from semi-experimental patterns. The study included a total of 20 psychological consultants, including 10 in the experimental group and 10 in the control group. To determine the effectiveness of the group psychoeducation program to improve forgiveness prepared by the researchers, a two-factor variance analysis and a Bonferroni test for repeated measurements on a single factor were conducted. According to the research, the level of forgiveness of the experimental group increased significantly according to the control group after the group psychoeducation program, and this effect of the program was preserved until three months after the program. According to the interviews with the participants in the experiment group, the participants’ achievements from the program, the contribution of the program and the opinions on the work that was effective in the program were in a positive direction. The developed group psychoeducation program has been shown to meet the needs of the candidates for psychological consultants in the subject of forgiveness.
This research was carried out with a mixed research model to test the group psychoeducation program's effectiveness to improve psychological counselor candidates' forgiveness levels. In this research 2x3 (experiment / control groups - pre-test / post-test / follow-up test) quasi-experimental design was used. Participants of the study consist of 20 psychological counselor candidates; half of them are in the experimental group, and the other half of them are in the control group. The effectiveness of the psychoeducation program prepared by researchers was decided with Two Factor Variance Analysis for Repeated Measures and Bonferroni test. The research results indicated that the experimental group's level of forgiveness increased significantly after the group psychoeducation program compared to the control group, and this effect of the program was maintained until three months after the program. According to the interviews, the participants' gains from the program, the program's contributions, and the effective studies in the program were positive. It has been observed that the developed group psychoeducation program meets the needs of psychological counselor candidates in forgiveness.
