Bu makalenin amacı II. Dünya savaşından bu yana görülmemiş bir göç dalgası ve insan hareketliliğine sebep olan gelişmelerin siyasal alana etkilerinin incelenmesidir. Çalışmanın ana ekseni mülteci meselesi etrafında kurulacaktır. İddiamıza göre, yoğun insan hareketliliği ve göç dalgasının, siyasal alana ve güncel politikalara yansıyan en belirgin etkisi ciddi bir yabancı düşmanlığı (zenofobi) ve özellikle Batılı toplumlarda yükselen yeni bir tür ırkçılık şeklinde kendini gösteren “Ortadoğulu Müslüman” karşıtlığıdır. Bu belirlemeler ışığında yaşanan insani krizin siyasal boyutları, özellikle kimlik inşası teması etrafında iki ana, altı alt kısımda incelenecektir. Birinci kısımda, Batıdaki Doğu, ikici kısımda ise Doğudaki Doğu mültecinin, basında, sinemada, edebiyatta, siyasal retorikte, toplumsal dilde temsili üzerinden eleştirel söylem analizi ve hermenötik yöntemleri kullanarak analiz edilecektir. İkinci bölümde ise Doğunun kendi kimliğinin Batı merkezli yeniden inşasına nasıl söylemsel bir katkı sunduğu anlatılacaktır. Özellikle mültecilerin kendi sorunlarına dair açıklamaları ve Doğulu ülkelerin basın yayın organlarında mülteciye bakış ve kriz sürecine yaklaşım yorumsamacı bir yöntemle incelenecektir.
The purpose of this article is to examine the effects of a migration wave that has not been seen since World War II and the developments that cause human mobility in the political field. The central axis of the study will be established around the refugee issue. According to our claim, the most apparent effect of the intense human mobility and migration wave, which is reflected in the political field and current politics, is serious xenophobia and opposition to "Middle Eastern Muslims," which manifests itself in the form of a new type of racism, especially in Western societies. In the light of these determinations, the political dimensions of the humanitarian crisis will be examined in two primary and six subsections, especially around the theme of identity construction. In the first part, the East in the West, and in the second part, the East in the East will be analyzed through the representation of the refugee in the press, cinema, literature, political rhetoric, and social language, using critical discourse analysis and hermeneutic methods. The second part will explain how the East makes a discursive contribution to the West-centered reconstruction of its own identity. In particular, the explanations of refugees about their own problems and the approach to the refugee and crisis process in the media organs of Eastern countries will be examined with a hermeneutic method.
