Amaç – Bu çalışmanın temel amacı bireylerin bireysel emeklilik yatırımları kararlarının Türkiye’de faaliyette bulunan bireysel emeklilik şirketleri arasından en uygun olan şirkete yönlendirilmesi konusunda fikir verebilmektir. Yöntem – Araştırma problemi belirli kriterler doğrultusunda bireysel emeklilik şirketlerinin sıralanmasıdır. Veri setini beş adet Bireysel Emeklilik Şirketleri’ne ait Şubat 2019 dönemine ait güncel veriler oluşturmaktadır. Kriter ağırlıklandırmaları altı adet yatırım yapmayı planlayan birey ve beş adet bireysel emeklilik danışmanı ile yüz yüze görüşme ile hesaplanmıştır. AHS Yöntemi’nden elde edilen ağırlıklar GİA Yöntemi’ne uygulanmıştır. Bulgular – Araştırma sonuçlarına göre AHS yöntemine göre en önemli kriterin ‘katılımcı sayısı’ olduğu dolayısıyla katılımcıların birbirlerini etkiledikleri, yatırım yapmayı planlan bireylerin birbirlerinin tavsiyelerine önem verdikleri, daha önce yatırım yapmış bireylerin yatırım yaptıkları şirketlerin hizmetlerinden memnun kaldıkları sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Tartışma –Türkiye’de bireysel emeklilik şirketlerine yatırım için toplanan kaynak, devlet katkısına rağmen OECD ülkelerine kıyasla sınırlı kalmaktadır. Bu oranın Türkiye’de sınırlı olmasının başlıca sebepleri arasında enflasyon oranının yüksek olması ve ortalama gelirin ise düşük olması sayılabilir. Çalışmadan elde edilen bulgular Genç ve ark. (2015), Dinçer ve Görener (2011) ve Ertuğrul & Öztaş (2016)’ın yapmış oldukları çalışmalar ile benzerlik göstermektedir. Karar vericiler değiştikçe kriter ağırlıkları da değişeceğinden uygulama sonuçları farklılaşacaktır.
The main objective of this study is to be able to give an idea about the direction of individuals' individual retirement investment decisions to the company that is most suitable among the individual retirement companies operating in Turkey. Method - The research problem is the ranking of individual retirement companies according to specific criteria. The data set constitutes the current data for the February 2019 period of five individual retirement companies. The criterion weighting is calculated by a face-to-face conversation with the individual who plans to invest in six and the five individual retirement consultants. The weight obtained from the AHS Method is applied to the GIA Method. According to the research results, the most important criterion according to the AHS method is the 'number of participants' so the participants influenced each other, the individuals planned to invest pay attention to the advice of each other, the individuals previously invested were satisfied with the services of the companies they invested. The resources gathered to invest in individual retirement companies in Turkey, despite the government's contribution, remain limited compared to OECD countries. One of the main reasons that this rate is limited in Turkey is that the inflation rate is high and the average income is low. The findings obtained from the study are Young and Ark. (2015), Dinçer and Görener (2011) and Ertuğrul & Öztaş (2016) are similar to the studies they have done. As the decision makers change, the criterion weights will also change, the implementation results will be different.
