Abstract:

This research is an attempt to determine the reasons for the course of the Saraybosna Yunus Emre Institute's perception of Turkey and the reasons for learning Turkey as a foreign language. The universe of the study was identified as the first country in which the model of the Yunus Order Institute was applied, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Saraybosna. The examples of the study consist of 100 courses in the Saraybosna Yunus Emre Institute, which teaches Turkish as a foreign language (in different ages, professions, gender and educational levels). In order to collect the research data, the researchers developed a semi-configured interview form using the face-to-face interview with the students, the data obtained was recorded in writing and voice. In order to ensure the reliability and scope validity of the semi-structured attitude scale used in the framework of the research; pilot applications have been made, expert opinions have been applied and the scale has been prepared in two languages (Turkish-Boşnak). According to the study, 62% of students in the Saraybosna Yunus Emre Institute learn Turkish; 62% want to know Turkish and Turkish culture, 41% appreciate Turkish and Turkish culture, etc. Statistical information is available. Based on this statistical information, the first center of the model of the Yunus Emre Institute, the Saraybosna Yunus Emre Institute has come to the conclusion that the courses are in a positive perception of Turkey and that this positive perception forms the most fundamental dynamics in the reasons of learning Turkish as a foreign language.
