Abstract:

Developments in communication and telecommunication which are the most important components of the new economy, have increased the number and volume of internet transactions. But, during the last several years, the increasing speed of the transactions, especially business to consumers B2C electronic commerce has decreased slowly. The principal reason for this is the problems related to e-commerce which could not be solved completely. Security, privacy, taxation, payments on the internet, protection of consumer, copyright, delivery and customs are the most important problems in e-commerce. For these problems to be solved, basically national as well as international studies and development of standards are necessary. The purpose of this study is to examine e-commerce problems systematically and to offer some solutions
