Abstract:

Melez entrepreneurship is a new concept in most countries and in academic research. Therefore, the study aims to contribute practically to this new field by referring to the discussions in the framework of theoretical and practical research on entrepreneurship. To analyze the situation related to the motivation, behavior and intentions of the Melez entrepreneurs in the United States in April 2019, one living in the United States is a full-time entrepreneur and the other Melez entrepreneur continues with two Ahıska Turkish, comparative case analysis was carried out. According to the findings obtained from the study, it can be said that males entrepreneurs should not be seen as a homogeneous group. As a result of both the talks and literature, some males entrepreneurs are always thinking about continuing their paid business, while some tend to be a full-time entrepreneur from males entrepreneurship. In research related to the establishment of their own business and the start of a business, the business entrepreneurs should be evaluated separately from full-time entrepreneurs. More research is recommended for the entrepreneurs and their to better understand.
