ÖĞRETMENLERİN ORGAN BAĞIŞINA YÖNELİK GÖRÜŞLERİ VE TUTUMLARI: KASTAMONU İLİ ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı öğretmenlerin organ bağışına yönelik görüşlerini ortaya koymak ve öğretmenlerin organ bağışına ilişkin tutumlarını çeşitli değişenler bakımından incelemektir. Araştırma Kastamonu il merkezinde görev yapan 181 öğretmen ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tarama modelinin kullanıldığı bu araştırmada, veri toplama aracı olarak organ bağışına yönelik tutum ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama, bağımsız t-testi ve ANOVA kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, öğretmenlerin organ bağışına yönelik tutumlarının olumlu ve yüksek düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin organ bağışına yönelik tutumları cinsiyet ve yaş değişkenlerine bağlı olarak değişmezken, mesleki kıdem ve branş değişkenlerine bağlı olarak değişmektedir. Mesleki kıdemi 6-10 yıl arasında olan öğretmenler ile 21 yıl ve üzerinde olan öğretmenlerin organ bağışı tutumları arasında, 21 yıl ve üzeri mesleki kıdeme sahip öğretmenler lehine; Türkçe ve sosyal bilgiler öğretmenlerinin organ bağışı tutumları arasında ise, sosyal bilgiler öğretmenleri lehine anlamlı fark görülmüştür.  Bu konuda benzer çalışmalar yapılarak organ bağışının farkındalığı arttırılabilir.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to show teachers’ opinions about organ donation and to examine teachers’ attitudes towards organ donation in a variety of varied aspects. The research was carried out with 181 teachers working in the district of Kastamonu. In this study using the screening model, the attitude scale towards organ donation was used as a data collection tool. The data obtained in the study were analyzed using frequency, percentage, arithmetic average, independent t-test and ANOVA. The research finds that teachers’ attitudes towards organ donation are positive and high. Teachers' attitudes towards organ donation do not change depending on gender and age variables, while professional age and branch variables vary. Among the teachers who have a professional age of 6-10 years and the organ donation attitudes of teachers who are 21 years and older, 21 years and older in favor of the teachers who have a professional age of 21 years and older in favor of the teachers who have a professional age of 6-10 years and the teachers who have a professional age of 10 years and the teachers who have a professional age of 10 years and the teachers who have a professional age of 10 years and the teachers who have a professional age of 10 years and the teachers who have a professional age of 10 years and the teachers who have a professional age of 10 years and the teachers who have a professional age of 10 years and the teachers who have a professional age of 10 years and the teachers who have a professional age of 10 years and the teachers who have a professional age of 10 years. Similar studies on this subject can increase the awareness of organ donation.
