Bu çalışmada, kadının kent kullanım hakkı bağlamında mekânsal düzenleme konusu incelenmiştir. İlk önce planlama etkinliğinin tarihsel gelişme seyri üzerinde durulmuştur. Ardından planlama etkinliği çerçevesinde kentsel mekânın nasıl düzenlendiği konusuna yer verilmiştir. Devamında toplumsal cinsiyet bağlamında kadının toplumsal statüsünün mekânla ilişkisi değerlendirilmiştir. Özellikle toplumsal cinsiyet temelli mekânsal ayrışma konusu üzerinde durulmuştur. Son olarak kadının kent kullanım hakkı ve planlama sürecindeki belirleyiciliği, Hopa mekân düzenlemesi ve örgütlenmesi üzerinden değerlendirilmiştir.
In this study, the issue of spatial regulation in the context of the right to urban use of the woman was examined. First of all, it was focused on the historical development of the planning activity. Then, in the framework of the planning event, the topic of how the city area was organized was placed. In the context of social gender, the relationship of the woman's social status with the place has been assessed. It is especially focused on the topic of spatial separation based on gender. Finally, the right of the woman to use the city and the determination in the planning process, Hopa place arrangement and organization was assessed.
