Bu çalışmanın amacı, Yükseköğretim Kurulu Ulusal Tez Merkezi (YÖKTEZ) veri tabanında yayınlanan otantik liderlik ile ilgili hazırlanmış lisansüstü tezlerin zaman içindeki gelişimini bibliyometrik tekniği ile incelemektir. Otantik liderlikle ilgili olarak veri tabanında ilk çalışmanın 2010 yılında yapıldığı görülmüştür. Son çalışma ise 2022 yılında Ekim’de yapılmıştır. Çalışmada otantik liderlik ile ilgili veri tabanında yer alan 55 yüksek lisans, 12 doktora tezi analiz edilmiştir. Bu tezler, “yıl”, “üniversite”, “enstitü”, “anabilim dalları”, “kullanılan anahtar kelimeler”, “araştırma yöntemleri”, “veri toplama teknikleri” ve “tez araştırma konularına” göre incelenmiştir. Lisansüstü tezlerden elde edilen veriler, bibliyometrik analiz ile sosyal bilimlerde kullanılan istatistik programı kullanılarak frekans ve yüzdelik değerleri hesaplanmıştır.
Araştırma bulgularına göre; yüksek lisans tezlerin doktora tezlerine göre daha fazla olduğu ve tezlerin en fazla sosyal bilimler enstitüsünde yapıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Lisansüstü tezler, yıllar açısından incelendiğinde düzenli artış veya azalış olmadığı görülmüştür. Tezlerin çoğunluğunun İşletme anabilim dalında yapıldığı ve en fazla tekrarlanan anahtar kelimelerin “otantik liderlik”, “liderlik”, “psikolojik sermaye” olduğu görülmüştür. Tezlerin araştırma yöntemlerinin ise saha çalışması olduğu ve nicel yöntemin sıklıkla kullanıldığı görülmüştür. Bununla birlikte lisansüstü tezlerde otantik liderlik ile çok fazla kavram ilişkilendirilip araştırılmıştır. Bu sonuçlar araştırmacılara ve akademisyenlere sosyal bilimler alanındaki hizmetkâr liderlik araştırma alanını daha fazla keşfetmeleri için bir rehberlik sunmaktadır.
The objective of this study is to study the development of authentic leadership-related postgraduate theses in time published in the National Thesis Center of the Higher Education Council (YÖKTEZ) database with bibliometric technique. The first study on authentic leadership in the database was found to have been done in 2010. The last study was in October 2022. The study included 55 master's and 12 doctoral theses in the database related to authentic leadership. These theses have been studied according to "year", "university", "institute", "disciplines", "used keywords", "research methods", "data collection techniques" and "these research subjects". The data obtained from the postgraduate thesis, the bibliometric analysis and the statistical program used in social sciences are calculated by the frequency and percentage values.
According to the research findings; it has been found that the master's theses are more than the doctor's theses and that the theses are most done at the Institute of Social Sciences. Graduate theses have not seen regular increase or decrease when studied in terms of years. The majority of the theses are made in the field of Business Anatomy and the most repeated keywords are "thantic leadership" “” “Liderhood” is a “psychological capital”. The research methods of the theses have been found to be fieldwork and the quantum method is often used. However, many concepts have been associated and studied with authentic leadership in the postgraduate theses. These findings provide a guidance for researchers and academics to further explore the field of research of serving leadership in the field of social sciences.
