Abstract:

In this study, the aim of the teachers is to study the behavior of the educational program of the school directors in their functions. The universe of the study consists of the official primary, secondary and high school teachers in the Army or Unnye district. 211 teachers participated in the study with the easy-to-access sample method. In the research, the data collection tool was developed by Bayırlı and Balcı (2021) with 24 articles and 3 sub-dimensions of the School Directors' Education Program Leadership used by the researchers with the necessary permissions. The internal consistency ratio of the Cronbach measurement is indicated as 0.96. In the perceptions of the teachers participating in the study, it was found that the educational program leadership of the school directors in which they served was at the "most times" level. In the study of differences according to demographic variables, t tests and variance analysis methods have been used. According to the analysis conducted during the research process, the study found that the levels of leadership in the educational program of the school managers in the context of gender, civic status, educational level and professional background variables of the participating teachers did not show a significant differentiation. The study found that the leadership of the educational program and the variation of the type of school in all sub-dimensions are statistically significant differences. It has also been shown that there is a significant differentiation in gender and professional age variables in the under-dimensional control of the education program.
