Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to study the master's and doctoral theses published in the field of values of education in accordance with the determined criteria. This study, prepared in the screening model, was analyzed using the content analysis technique. In the framework of the research, the National Thesis Center of the Higher Education Council published and selected in accordance with the specified subject area, open-access graduate theses have been studied. The study used the Scientific Publication Analysis Form created by a total of 275 graduate thesis researchers with the method of sampling for the purpose. The theses were evaluated in terms of the year published, the subject areas, the university, the institutes, the department of anatomy, the method/model and design, the data collection tools, the type of sampling, the size of sampling, the data analysis technique. The data obtained is interpreted based on percentages and frequencies. According to the study; the majority of the theses were published in 2019, the university that most published on values education was the Necmettin Erbakan University. Graduate studies are most published within the Education Institute of Sciences. The texts are mostly written in Turkish. The studies have been established that most of the social sciences and Turkish education are formed in the fields of maternity. The majority of the theses are characteristic and are in the type of collection research. As a sample, most teachers were preferred, and as a sample size, mostly with 31-100 participants. In research, the vast majority of data collection tools are made up of documents and liquid-type scales. Content analysis is the most commonly used data analysis technique.
