Bu araştırmada öğretmen adaylarının İnternete yönelik araştırma ve sorgulama becerilerine ilişkin algılarının belirlenmesinde kullanılabilecek bir ölçek geliştirmek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında 590 öğretmen adayından veri toplanmıştır. 37 madde olarak geliştirilen ölçeğin kapsam geçerliği için uzman görüşünden yararlanılmıştır. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliği için açımlayıcı faktör analizi yürütülmüş, ölçek maddelerinin 2 faktörde toplandığı görülmüştür. İki faktörün varyansı açıklama oranı %46 olarak bulunmuştur. Faktör analizi ve madde analizi sonuçlarına göre faktör dışı kalan ve uygun değerleri taşımayan maddeler ölçekten çıkarılmıştır. Ölçeğin son halinin 25 maddeden oluştuğu belirlenmiştir. Ölçeğin Cronbach Alfa güvenirlik katsayısı 0.91, faktörlerin güvenirlik katsayıları ise sırasıyla 0.91 ve 0.86 bulunmuştur. Geliştirilen ölçek için ayrıca doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yürütülmüştür. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonuçlarına göre ölçeğin iki faktörlü yapısı doğrulanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda ölçeğin geçerli ve güvenilir bir veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacılar tarafından kullanılabileceği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The aim of this study is to develop a scale that can be used to determine the perceptions of the teacher candidates about the research and questionnaire skills on the Internet. The study included 590 teachers candidates. The expert opinion has been used for the scope of the scale developed as 37 articles. The analysis of the structural validity of the measurement has been carried out, the measurement matters have been gathered in 2 factors. The variation ratio of the two factors was 46%. According to the results of factor analysis and substance analysis, substances that remain out of factor and do not carry appropriate values have been extinguished. The final measurement is made up of 25 matters. The Cronbach Alfa reliability ratio is 0. The reliability ratings of the factors were 0.91 and 0.86, respectively. For the developed scale, the verifying factor analysis was also carried out. According to the verifying factor analysis results, the two-factor structure of the scale has been verified. The study found that the scale could be used by researchers as a valid and reliable data collection tool.

In the scope of the research data were collected from 590 prospective teachers. Firstly, for the validity of the scale developed as 37 items, expert opinion was consulted. For the construct validity of the scale, exploratory factor analysis was carried out and it was determined that scale items were collected in 2 factors. Total variance ratio of two factors was 46%. According to the results of factor analysis and item analysis, the items that not have suitable values were excluded from the scale. The final version of the scale was determined to be 25 items. The Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficient of the scale was 0.91, the reliability coefficients of the factors were 0.91 and 0.86, respectively. Two-factor structure was verified by conducting confirmatory factor analysis for the developed scale. According to these results, the scale could be used as a valid and reliable data collection tool by researchers.
