Bu araştırma, Covid-19 Pandemi döneminde ilkokul öğretmenlerinin uzaktan eğitime ilişkin görüşlerini
belirlenmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu sayede öğretmenlerin karşılaştıkları sorunlar belirlenerek bu yeni sisteme yönelik gerekli
düzenleme ve gelişmelerin sağlanması beklenmektedir. Bu araştırmada nitel veri toplama yöntemlerinden olan olgu
bilim(fenomenoloji) yöntemi ile yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Olgu bilim, bilgiyi elde etmek için
bireylerin deneyimlerinden yararlanan bir araştırma yöntemi olup deneyimler üzerinde ayrıntılı olarak durur.
Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında Batman ili sınırları içerisinde yer alan ilkokullarda görev
yapan 30 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmadaki verilere, danışmanım olan alanında uzman hocam ile birlikte
hazırladığımız 8 soruluk “İlkokul Öğretmenlerinin Covid-19 Pandemi Sürecinde Uzaktan Eğitime İlişkin Görüşleri”
başlıklı bir görüşme formu ile ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmamızın veri toplama süreci, yüz yüze ve uzaktan (yarı yapılandırılmış
açık uçlu görüşme formu, https://docs.google.com/forms) olmak üzere veriler toplanarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma
sonucunda; araştırmaya katılan ilkokul öğretmenlerinin Covid-19 Pandemi sürecinde uzaktan eğitime yönelik
görüşlerinde; öğrenim durumu, kıdem ve cinsiyet değişkeni açısından belirgin farklılıkların ortaya çıktığı görülmüştür. Bu
doğrultuda pandemi döneminde uzaktan eğitim sürecinin ilkokul öğretmenlerini; teknolojik aletlerin kullanımı ve mesleki
gelişim açılarından olumlu yönde etkileyeceği düşünülmektedir.
