Bu araştırmanın amacı okul öncesi eğitim kurumuna devam eden Türk ve Suriyeli beş yaş çocuklarının oyun algılarını ortaya çıkarmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Türk ve Suriyeli çocukların oyun oynamak istedikleri yerler, oynamak istedikleri kişiler ve oyuncakları incelenmiştir. Türk ve Suriyeli beş yaş çocuklarında oyun algısını karşılaştırılmalı olarak inceleyen bu araştırmada fenomenolojik yaklaşım kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu uygun örnekleme yoluyla belirlenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamına Kilis il merkezinde Suriyeli ve Türk çocukların bir arada eğitim gördüğü bir anaokulu alınmıştır. Çocukların 50’si (%49,5) Türk, 51’i (%50,5) Suriyelidir. Araştırmada görüşmeler yoluyla elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Çocukların çizdikleri ve belirttikleri oyunlar evcilik, yapı-inşa, hayali ve taklit, doğal malzemelerle oyun ve dışarıda oynanan oyunlar temalarıyla incelenmiştir. Oyuncak türleri temsili oyuncaklar, yapı oyuncakları, yer değiştirme oyuncakları ve eğitsel oyuncaklar olarak belirlenmiştir. Çocuklardan oyun oynamak istedikleri yer, kişi ve oyuncakları içeren bir resim yapmaları istenmiştir ve çizimleri ile ilgili yapılandırılmış görüşme yapılıp resimlerin üzerine not edilmiştir. Bu araştırmada Türk ve Suriyeli çocukların oyunları incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, çocukların daha çok dış oyun alanlarında oynamayı tercih ettikleri belirlenmiştir. Suriyeli kız çocukların büyük oranda bahçede ve parkta oynamayı, Türk kız çocuklarının ise iç oyun alanlarında oynamayı tercih ettikleri belirlenmiştir. Yapılan bu araştırma sonucunda; Türk kız çocuklarının en fazla tercih ettiği oyun evcilik iken, Suriyeli kız çocuklarının parkta salıncak/kaydırak binmek olduğu saptanmıştır. Ayrıca çocukların temsili oyuncakları daha fazla tercih ettikleri belirlenmiştir.
The aim of this study is to reveal the perceptions of the game of five-year-old Turkish and Syrian children who are ongoing to the pre-school education institution. In accordance with this goal, Turkish and Syrian children have studied the places where they want to play, the people they want to play and the toys. The study, which compared the perception of the game in Turkish and Syrian five-year-olds, used a phenomenological approach. The study group was determined by appropriate sampling. The research was taken into the center of the province of Kilis in a kindergarten where Syrian and Turkish children were educated together. 50 percent (49,5 percent) of the children are Turkish and 51 percent (50,5 percent) Syrian. The data obtained through conversations in the study was analyzed by the visual analysis method. The games that children draw and point out are studied with the themes of homework, construction, imagination and imitation, games with natural materials and the games that are played outside. The kinds of toys are defined as representative toys, building toys, replacement toys and educational toys. The children were asked to make a picture of where they wanted to play, people and toys, and a structured conversation about their drawings was made and notes on the pictures. This study has been conducted to investigate the games of Turkish and Syrian children. Research has found that children prefer to play more in the outer playgrounds. Suriah girls prefer to play in the gardens and parks, and Turkish girls prefer to play in the inner playgrounds. The research found that the Turkish girls prefer to play home games, while the Syrian girls are going to ride in the park. It is also known that children prefer to represented toys more.
