Bu çalışmada, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Dergisi’nde yayımlanan makalelerin bibliyometrik profilini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma durum çalışması şeklinde desenlenmiştir. Araştırmanın kapsamını Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Dergisi’nde 2015-2020 yılları arasında yayımlanan 10 sayısındaki toplam 83 araştırma makalesi oluşturmuştur. Veriler, bibliyometrik analiz tekniği ile çözümlenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre dergide çoğunlukla Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Üniversitesi, Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı ve Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi’nde görev yapan araştırmacılar yayın yapmışlardır. Dergiyeçok katkı sağlayan araştırmacılar Dr. Öğr. Üyesi/Yrd. Doç. Dr. unvanlı akademisyenlerdir. Makalelerin % 64.74’ü Türkçe yayın; % 50.60’ı tek yazarlı ve % 57.83’ü ise hiç atıf almamıştır. Dergide daha çok eğitim, iktisat ve İslam bilimleri konularında çalışmalar yayımlanmıştır. En sık kullanılan anahtar sözcükler Türkiye ve turizm olmuştur. Bu sonuçlar ışığında derginin belli başlı akademik ölçütler geliştirerek yayın hayatına devam etmesi önerilebilir.
In this study, the aim is to determine the bibliometric profile of articles published in the Journal of Social Sciences of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University. The research is done in the form of work. The scope of the research was formed by a total of 83 research articles in 10 numbers published in the 2015-2020 period in the Journal of Social Sciences of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University. The data is analyzed using the bibliometric analysis technique. According to the results obtained, the magazine has mostly published researchers working at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University, the Ministry of National Education and Suleyman Demirel University. The researchers who contributed to the journal, Dr. Member of Yrd. and do. Dr. is an academic. 64.74% of the articles are translated in Turkish; 50.60% are single writers and 57. 83 has not received any reference. The magazine has published more studies on education, economics and Islamic sciences. The most commonly used keywords were Turkey and tourism. In light of these findings, it may be recommended that the magazine continues its publication life by developing certain main academic standards.
