Hamza Nigârî (ö.1886), Amasya’da vefat eden Nakşibendiyye tarikatının Hâlidiyye koluna mensup bir mürşid-i kâmildir. Nigârî, tasavvufî kişiliği, şiirdeki gücü, aşkın rehberliğinde öngördüğü manevî gelişim seyri, yetiştirdiği talebeleri ve eserleri ile döneminde etkin olduğu gibi takipçileri kanalıyla günümüzde de tesirini sürdüren bir sûfîdir. Aynı zamanda Nigârî, Anadolu’da birçok merkez olmak üzere, farklı yerleşim merkezlerine yaptığı yolculuklar ve Osmanlı-Rus savaşında Osmanlı Devleti’nin yanında katıldığı fiilî mücadele ile de tarihte iz bırakmış bir şahsiyettir. Nigârî, tasavvufî düşüncesini aşk, vahdet-i vücûd ve ehl-i beyt sevgisi temelleri üzerine inşa etmiştir. Onun için şeyhi “Nigârî’nin mürşidi aşktır.” sözlerini sarf etmiştir. Nigârî’nin coşkun bir üslupla şiirlerinde dile getirdiği ifadeleri çerçevesinde aşka dair görüşleri çeşitli çalışmalara konu olmuştur. Yine onun İbnü’l-Arabî tarafından sistematize edilen vahdet-i vücûd fikrinin hararetli savunucularından olduğu ve bu konuya dair değerlendirmeleri de gündeme getirilmiştir. Hamza Nigârî’nin ehl-i beyt sevgisi ve onların haklarını savunma konusundaki görüşleri, bazı çalışmalar arasına serpiştirilmiş vaziyette tespit edilmiş olsa da bu konudaki görüşleri detaylı olarak ele alınmamıştır. Bu alandaki eksikliği bir nebze olsun giderebilme adına bu çalışmada Nigârî’nin şiirleri dışında ehl-i beyt ile ilgili görüşlerini yansıtan ve yeni tespit edilen “Risâle fî ta’n limen hâlefe Ali Radıyallahu Teâlâ anh” adlı eser üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu risâle, Nigârî’nin tavsiyesi üzerine, ehl-i beyte reva görülen zulümleri kınamak, bu zulümleri yapanların yanlışlarını ortaya koymak ve ehl-i beytin nesep ve mücadele noktasında temiz ve haklı olduğunu beyan etmek üzere kaleme alınan bir çalışmadır. Bu risâle ile Nigârî’nin ehl-i beyt konusuna bakışını daha net bir şekilde tespit etmenin yanında, Nigârî’nin yolunu takip edenlerin dinî ve vicdânî dayanakları nasıl yorumladıklarına dair de veriler de ortaya konulmuş olacaktır. Çalışmanın sonunda risâlenin tercümesi de yer almaktadır. Tercümede metnin aslına bağlı kalma noktasında titizlik gösterilmiştir.

This is a work taken on the advice of the Nigerians, to condemn the misconduct seen in the people of the city, to reveal the mistakes of those who do these misconduct, and to declare that the people of the city are clean and righteous at the point of fighting.
