Abstract:

Prof. Dr. Hülya AŞKIN BALCI's "ABC's of Methindil Science" was published in 2018 by Say Publishing. The book consists of 344 pages. The study examines the word-on-frame language units and the text-scientific approaches to the resolution of these units in a comprehensive manner. Text science emphasizes the mutual relationships of people and the studies on the default text they produce, studying the links associated with the whole text, not with single phrases. In fact, studying the sentences in solving language-related problems is often not enough to reveal the facts. Therefore,language scientists who say that the big linguistic unit is not a phrase, but a text have stated that it is possible to look at the language from a broader perspective based on the text.
