Etik İklim Algısının İş Görenlerin İş Tatmini Düzeyleri ve Örgütsel Bağlılık Düzeyleri Üzerine Etkisi: Arçelik A.ş. Adana ve Elazığ Bölge Yöneticiliklerinde Uygulama

Abstract:

Günümüzde rekabet koşulları giderek artmaktadır. Bu rekabet koşullarında işletmelerin varlıklarını sürdürebilmeleri zamana ayak uydurabilmelerine bağlıdır. İşletmeler açısından insan faktörü en önemli kaynaklardandır. İnsan kaynaklarından en verimli şekilde yararlanabilmesi için örgütte etik iklimin olması ve bu sayede çalışanların iş tatmininin sağlanması ve örgüte bağlılıklarının arttırılması gerekmektedir. İş görenlerin iş tatminin artması ve örgütsel bağlılık düzeylerinin yüksek olması onların verimliliğini ve performanslarını arttıracaktır. Araştırmanın amacı etik iklim algısının iş görenler üzerinde ki etkilerini iş tatmini ve örgütsel bağlılık anlamında incelemektir. İş görenlerin etik kavramı farkındalığını ölçmek aynı zamanda etik kavramının onların üzerinde ki olumlu ya da olumsuz nasıl bir etki yarattığını belirlemektir. Örgütler açısından etik iklim farkındalığının oluşması ve örgüt içerisinde iş görenleri nasıl etkilediğinin anlaşılması ve bunun neticesinde örgütün ve yönetimin iş görenler için politikalar gerçekleştirmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak anket yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Ankette demografik özellikler, etik iklim, iş tatmini ve örgütsel bağlılığı ölçmeye yönelik toplam 31 soru yer almaktadır. Elde edilen verilere, SPSS 22 paket programı aracılığıyla frekans dağılımı ve Korelasyon testi uygulanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, etik iklim algısı ile iş tatmini arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişki (r=0,003) olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Etik iklim algısı ve örgütsel bağlılık kavramı arasında pozitif yönlü ilişki (r=0,00) olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Today, the competition is increasing. This competition depends on to survive and be able to keep up with the times. Business is the most important factor in terms of human resources. That the ethical climate in the organization to make the most efficient form of human resources and provision of employee job satisfaction and thus it is necessary to increase their commitment to the organization. The high increase of employees’ job satisfaction and organizational commitment and performance level will increase their productivity. The aim of the study is to examine the effects of ethical climate perception on employees in terms of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The aim of this study is to measure the awareness of the ethical concept of the employees and also to determine how the concept of ethics has a positive or negative effect on them. It is aimed at understanding the ethical climate awareness of organizations and how they affect the employees within the organization and as a result, the organization and management will realize policies for the employees. In this study questionnaire method was used as data collection tool. The survey includes 31 questions to measure demographic characteristics, ethical climate, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 22 package program and frequency distribution and correlation test. As a result, it was determined that there was a positive relationship between ethical climate perception and job satisfaction (r = 0,003). It was found that there was a positive correlation between ethical climate perception and organizational commitment (r = 0.00).
