Abstract:

Abstract This research manages the determination of the director and the executive control of class audits performed by school managers. In the study, a phenomenological method was used from the quality research. The research group of the study consists of 10 school directors selected according to the standard teaching in the independent high schools in the Bolu district center in the second half of the 2021-2022 educational year and 20 teachers who are responsible for this school. The research data was analyzed using semi-acquired interview forms obtained by the researcher, evaluated imaging analysis and content analysis.
