Bu araştırmada İstanbul ilinde bir geçici eğitim merkezinde eğitim alan Suriyeli çocukların aldıkları eğitimin öğretmen görüşleriyle değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma desenlerinden olgu bilim kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın verilerini araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen öğretmenler için 8 soruluk yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılarak elde edilen veriler oluşturmuştur. Görüşme sonucu elde edilen veriler NVivo paket programıyla modellenmiştir. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlarda araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin çoğunluğunun Suriyelilere eğitim verilen ortamları genel olarak yetersiz buldukları, dil yetersizliği ve kültür çatışmasının en zorlanılan konular olduğu, uygulanan müfredatın yeterli görüldüğü, öğrencilerin kardeş sayılarının fazla ve ekonomik durumlarının kötü olduğu, öğrencilerin Türk halkına bakış açılarını olumlu gördükleri, Suriyeli ailelerin kendilerine yeterince destek olmadıkları, çalışma saatlerinin uzun olduğu, özlük haklarının yetersiz olduğu ve devletin Suriyelilere destek vermesinden memnuniyet duydukları ortaya çıkmıştır.
This study aims to evaluate the education that Syrian children receive in a temporary educational center in the province of Istanbul with the teacher’s opinions. The research has been used by scientific research models. The data of the study was created by the data obtained by using a semi-configured interview form for 8 questions for teachers developed by researchers. The data obtained from the interview was modeled with the NVivo package program. The study found that the majority of the teachers who participated in the research found that the surroundings educated to the Syrians were generally insufficient, that language deficiency and cultural conflict were the most challenging topics, that the program was considered sufficient, that the number of students was excessive and the economic situation was bad, that the students saw their views positively to the Turkish people, that the Syrian families did not support them enough, that their working hours were long, that their rights were insufficient and that the state was pleased to support the Syrians.
