Abstract:

Research shows that there are many groups of children in Turkey facing access to education and continuing problems. These groups include poor children, girls, non-Turkish native, people with special needs, children with learning difficulties, children of seasonal agricultural workers, children's workers, people at risk, LGBT+s, Romans, Syrian children under temporary protection and children from Iraq, Afghanistan and Somalia as a result of forced immigration to Turkey Multicultural education, girls and boys students, unusual students, students belonging to various racial, ethnic, language and cultural groups is an idea that will provide equal opportunities for school success, an educational reform movement and a process. Applications in the field show that there is no single approach to multicultural education. The teaching system and the teaching system are internal and integrating systems with each other. Therefore, it was thought that a comprehensive literary research would be useful in terms of viewing the subject as a whole. In order to evaluate the critical scope of the literary work, systematic rules and stages were followed in the analysis of all relevant studies. The findings of the study show that three basic approaches to teacher education can be defined in six stages, each of which consists of two stages. These findings can provide policy makers, academics who train teachers candidates, knowledge for teachers and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of each one based on their own philosophical attitudes on multiculturalism.
