So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Acute infantile hemorrhagic obesity is a rare benign leukocytoclastic vasculitis of the skin, which is commonly seen in children under two years of age and clinically characterized by fever, purple eruption in the skin, obesity in the face, ears and limbs. The majority of the cases are healed spontaneously without leaving the seed. The distinctive diagnosis should take into account diseases that are life-threatening, such as purpura fulminance and meningocosemia, and which require an urgent and intense treatment approach. This article presents an acute infantile hemorrhagic swelling in a 16-month boy.
