Ortaöğretim Kurumları Yöneticilerinin Yeniden Görevlendirme Uygulamasının Okul İdaresine Etkileri: Adıyaman İli Özelinde Bir Araştırma

Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, ortaöğretim kurumları yöneticilerinin yeniden görevlendirme uygulamasının okul idaresine etkilerini tespit etmektir. Eğitim kurumları yöneticilerine uygulanan çalışma süresine bağlı yer değiştirme uygulamasına ilişkin ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapan yönetici (okul müdürü ile müdür yardımcıları) ve öğretmenlerin görüşlerini öğrenmek ve aksayan yönleri ile ilgili uygulayıcılara öneri sunmaktır. Araştırma Adıyaman ili merkez ilçesinde bulunan ortaöğretim kurumlarında 2019-2020 eğitim öğretim yılında görev yapan on okul müdürü, on müdür yardımcısı ve on öğretmen ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılan bu çalışmada araştırma verileri ise yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda katılımcıların % 63’ünün yeniden görevlendirme uygulamasını olumlu olarak düşündüğü, % 37’sinin olumsuz olarak düşündüğü tespit edilmiştir. Katılımcıların % 60’ı 4. ve 8. yıllarında çalışma süresine bağlı olarak yeniden görevlendirme uygulamasını (hem süre açısından hem de yöneticinin hedeflerini gerçekleştirebilme açısından) yeterli olarak ifade ederken, % 40’ı ise bu sürenin yetersiz olduğunu ve arttırılması gerektiğini ifade etmiştir. Katılımcıların %54’ü Ek-1 Yönetici Değerlendirme Formunun içerdiği ölçütlerin olumlu olduğunu ifade ederken, %23’ü olumsuz olduğunu ifade etmiş, %23’ü de ölçütlerin olumlu olduğu gibi olumsuz yönlerinin de bulunduğunu belirtmiştir.

The effects of the application of the re-employed management of high school institutions on the school administration: A special research on your name

Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to identify the effects of the application of the reemplacement of managers of high school institutions on the school administration. The educational institutions are to learn the views of the managers and to present suggestions to the practitioners regarding the implementation of the place change related to the work period applied to the managers of the educational institutions (school manager and assistant managers) and the teachers' opinions and the aspects of the practice. The research was carried out with ten school directors, ten assistant directors and ten teachers who worked in the 2019-2020 educational year in the secondary education institutions located in the central district of Namiyaman. The research method is used in this study and the research data is obtained using the face-to-face conversation method with a semi-configured conversation form. The survey found that 63% of participants thought the re-employing practice positive, while 37% thought it negative. In the fourth and eighth years, 60 percent of participants expressed the re-employing practice sufficiently (both in terms of time and in terms of managerial objectives), while 40 percent said that the time was insufficient and needed to be increased. 54% of participants stated that the criteria contained in the Executive Assessment Form 1 were positive, while 23% stated that the criteria were negative, and 23% stated that the criteria had negative aspects as well as positive.

The goal of this study is to ascertain the effects of secondary school administrators' practice of reassignment on educational administration. The purpose of this study is to find out how secondary school administrators (principals and assistant principals) and instructors feel about the practice of relocating employees based on their working hours and to make recommendations to the practitioners on the failing parts. In the 2019–2020 academic year, ten secondary school principals, ten assistant principals, and ten teachers who worked in the central area of the province of Adyaman participated in the study. The research data for this study, which employed the qualitative research approach, were gathered utilizing a semi-structured interview form. The study's findings showed that 63% of participants had positive opinions on the reassignment application, whereas 37% had negative opinions. While 60% of participants believed the reassignment application based on the working time in their fourth and eighth years was adequate (both in terms of time and in terms of fulfilling the manager's aims), 40% of them believed this period was insufficient and should be extended. While 23% of participants said the criteria on the Annex-1 Manager Evaluation Form were negative, 23% said they were favorable and 23% said they had both positive and negative sides to the criteria. Of the participants, 54% said the criteria were positive.
