Bu araştırmanın amacı, ondalık gösterim öğretiminde ele alınan Ters Yüz Öğrenme Modeli’ne (TYÖM) dayalı etkinliklerin altıncı sınıf öğrencilerine uygulanma sürecinin nasıl gerçekleştiğini ortaya koymaktır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması ile yürütülen araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Trabzon ilinin Beşikdüzü ilçesinde bir devlet okulunun altıncı sınıfında öğrenim gören, kolay ulaşılabilir durum örneklemesi ile seçilen 20 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada, Ters Yüz Öğrenme Etkinliklerinden elde edilen verilerin analizinde Dört Dereceli Rubrik ile Puan Verme Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda TYÖM ile planlanan öğretim uygulamalarının, öğrenmeye katkı sağladığı ve konunun anlaşılmasını kolaylaştırdığı açığa çıkmıştır. Bu doğrultuda TYÖM’nin, matematiğin diğer konularının öğretim süreçlerine de entegre edilmesi önerilmektedir.
The purpose of this research is to reveal how the implementation process of the activities based on the Flipped Learning Model (FLM), which is discussed in the teaching of decimal notation, is carried out to sixth grade students. The study group of the research conducted with case study, one of the qualitative research methods, consists of 20 students who are studying in the sixth grade of a state school in the Beşikdüzü district of Trabzon province and selected by easily accessible case sampling. In the research, the Four Grade Rubric and Scoring Scale were used in the analysis of the data obtained from the Flipped Learning Activity Sheets. As a result of the research, it was revealed that the teaching practices planned with FLM contributed to learning and facilitated the understanding of the subject. In this direction, FLM's elements include integrating other subjects of Mathematics into the teaching pieces.
