İslam tarihi boyunca Müslümanların hâkimiyetinde olan yerlerde ilmî faaliyetler daima var olagelmiştir. Müslümanlarca fethedildikten sonra ilmî bir canlılığın ortaya çıktığı Şırnak ve çevresinde pek çok ilim adamı yetişmiştir. Cumhuriyet döneminde de bu bölgede mühim bazı isimler göze çarpmaktadır. Bunlardan biri olan Seyyid Feyzullah Erzen’in (ö. 2002) hayatı, ilim tahsili ve tedrisi ile geçmiştir. Önemli bazı âlimlerden ders okumuş, çok sayıda öğrenci yetiştirmiştir. Birçok telifi bulunan Seyyid Feyzullah’ın Levâmi'ul-Cevâhir bi isnâ aşere fennen yücâhir adlı eseri en önemli çalışmasıdır. Bu eserde dinî ilimlerin yanında, değişik alanlarla ilgili bir kısım bilgilerin nakledildiği görülür. Bu makalemizde onun sünnet ve hadis konularıyla ilgili görüşlerini mezkûr eseri çerçevesinde incelemeye ve değerlendirmeye çalıştık.
In the history of Islam, there have always been scientific activities in the places that are under the rule of Muslims. After the Muslims were conquered, a wise life appeared in Shirk and the surroundings of many scientists. During the Republic period, some of the most important names in this region are seen. One of them is the Seyyid Feyzullah Erzen. In 2002 he lived with his life, his knowledge and his teder. He has taught a lot of things, and he has taught a lot of students. There are many verses in the Qur’an that reveal the meaning of the Qur’an in the Qur’an: In this work, the religious knowledge, along with the various fields of knowledge, is shown to be transmitted. In this article we tried to examine and evaluate his opinions on the subject of Sunnah and Hadith in the framework of the Mescura work.
Scientific activities have always existed during the history of Islam in places dominated by Muslims. After being conquered by Muslims, a vitality has taken place in Sirnak and the surrounding areas and many scholars have been brought up. One of them is Seyyid Feyzullah Erzen (d. 2002). The life of Seyyid Feyzullah Erzen has been through his science. He has studied many important scholars and has had many students. In his work named Levâmi'ul-Cevâhir, which has become one of the important figures of his era with his works and students, besides the religious sciences such as tafsir, hadith, kalam, as well as medicine, geography, nahiv, khat, consumables and literature, geology, philology and anthropology, it is seen that some information related to different areas has been transmitted. In this paper, we will endeavor to examine his views on circumcision and hadith subject within the framework of his work named Levâmiü’l-cevâhir bi isnâ aşere fennen yücâhir.
