Sodyum Bikarbonat Takviyesi, Veganlarda ve Omnivorlarda Tekrarlanan Sprint Performansını İyileştirmez

Ancak, NaHCO3- alımının vegan ve omnivor gruplarda, dört sprint sırasında maksimal güç ve ortalama güç üzerinde hiçbir etkisi olmadı (koşulun ana etkisi, p = ,590 ve ,443). Gruplar arasında sprint performansında da fark yoktu (grup ana etkisi, p = ,621 ve p = ,902). Sonuç olarak, sodyum bikarbonatın akut alımı, veganlarda ve omnivorlarda aralıklı sprint egzersizi sırasında performansı iyileştirmez.

Vegan diets almost do not contain any carnosin, which can cause a decrease in the tamping capacity and performance during interim sprint exercise. Therefore, vegans can provide more benefits than the nazar to the omnivors from taking an extra-cell tampon to improve the sprint performance. In this study, we studied the effects of taking sodium bikarbonate (NaHCO3) during interim sprint exercises in vegans and omnivors on performance. Ten (5 men and 5 women) vegan and nine (4 men and 5 women) took omnivor, plasebo (cellulose) or NaHCO3 (for 120, 90 and 60 minutes before exercise, 0.1 g.kg-1 according to body mass) and performed four consecutive 30 second sprints (there were 5 minutes of rest between sprints). The maximum and average power values of the 1st and 2nd sprint were higher than the 3rd and 4th sprint (principal effect of the sprint, p = ,001). However, the use of NaHCO3 in vegan and omnivor groups did not have any effect on maximum power and average power during four sprints (the main effect of the shell, p = ,590 and ,443). There was no difference in sprint performance between the groups (group main effect, p = ,621 and p = ,902). As a result, the acute intake of sodium bikarbonate does not improve performance during interim sprint exercises in vegans and omnivors.
