Abstract:

Araştırma, Z-skor yönteminin finans sistemine uygulamasının teorik ve pratik açıdan tartışmayı amaçlamaktadır. Açıktır ki, bankadan borç almış herhangi bir işletmenin finansal durumu ne kadar iyi olursa, bir o kadar da kredi riskleri azalmış olur. Bu açıdan borç almak isteyen herhangi bir işletmenin durumunun tahmini, günümüzde bankalar için çok önemli bir meseleye dönüşmüştür. Bu bakımdan iktisat literatüründe farklı yaklaşımlar mevcuttur. Makalede bu yaklaşımlardangeniş kullanılan Altman metodolojisi ve ilgili görüşler açıklanmaktadır.
