Abstract:

The language is a foundation that keeps our global existence together. The English, which appears for the first time in the horizon with poems and writings, is lingua franca (common language) in modern times. Linguistics, a modern branch of science with its interdisciplinary dimension, is applied not only to modern languages, but also to ancient languages such as Kurdish and Turkish and covers all languages. In this context, it is reasonable to compare three languages. This study focuses on the fact taken as the starting point of the language. In terms of time and actual meaning structure, some facts have been studied and illustrated. The data of the study has been collected from various books, articles and magazines. Examples of creation, situation and business-setting facts show that time in the modern sense is adopted and universal. The English language uses help facts to communicate the meaning of time.
